DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Salem Soapworks offers 'real time' shipping rates based on your destination zip code. To ensure safe handling, compliance with regulations, and expedite your order, UPSP is Salem
Soapworks carrier of choice. Pease always provide an accurate street address so that your order is not delayed. Salem Soapworks does not offer any expedited shipping modes, as most of our products do not meet DOT regulations for air shipment. Customers selecting Store Pickup are expected to pick up their order within 5 business days of notification, or arrange payment for shipment of their order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Salem Soapworks ships to international destinations. All Broker fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. 

ORDER TURNAROUND
Please allow appropriate lead time when ordering. Average order processing time is 1-3 days. During the Holiday
season, September to December, expect 2 to 5 business days to process orders. This does not include shipping time to you. Salem Soapworks has no control over the time it takes the shipper to deliver your order to you. Generally, you can except a 5 - 7 day transit time for a coast to coast delivery once you receive your notice that we have shipped your order. Orders submitted after 12 P.M. (Eastern Standard Time) may not be processed the same day. Salem Soapworks does not process orders on the weekend or holidays. 

MINIMUM PURCHASE
Salem Soapworks does not have a Minimum Purchase requirement. You may place any size order you need, large or small.

RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. We want you to be happy, so please ask any questions before ordering to insure your satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, no returns, exchanges, or store credits are accepted. 

DAMAGES & SHORTAGES
If your package was damaged in transit you must notify us within 2 business days so we can make a claim with the carrier. Do not discard the damaged packaging in the event the carrier would like to inspect the box and contents. You must follow shipper’s guidelines for reporting suspected damage or we will
 not be able to honor reimbursement or replacement of damaged goods. Please call or email us if your order arrives incomplete or if you received an incorrect item.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES, NON-DELIVERABLE, or REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Please make certain that the shipping address you provide is correct.  If a customer makes an address error, the customer is responsible for additional delivery charges.  If we make an error, then we will
absorb the additional fees.
